Anxiety is my specialty! Whether you feel paralyzed by fear, unable to shake irrational ideas, or taken prisoner by thoughts you cannot control, I am here to help! I love guiding my clients through learning, practicing and applying research-based techniques that provide quick and long-lasting changes. My clients and I work hard together, laugh a lot, and creatively outwit anxiety.
My approach to relieving anxiety is focused on practical skills to calm your body and mind in any stressful moment, techniques to permanently change irrational thoughts, and mindfulness skills to continually find peace throughout the day. I incorporate ACT, CBT, DBT and Mindfulness skills to help my clients regulate anxiety.
I enjoy taking an easy going approach to our sessions. I do put my heart and soul into the sessions and do all I can to provide the most effective therapy possible. Joining my clients in their struggles and successes makes my job very fulfilling!
